15-Day Guarantee
All MyoNest devices purchased from MyoNest.com are backed by our 15-Day Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your device, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Accessories are also covered unless listed under “Final Sale.”
Applicability
Refunds are only available for products purchased directly from our website. If purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly for their return policy.
How to Start a Return
- If product has quality issue, we accept return.
- We accept return if you are not satisfied with it within 15ays days of signig for it.
- Contact us at info@myonest.com with your order number, name, and shipping address.
- Please return the device in its original packaging with all accessories.
Damages & Issues
Check your order upon arrival. If your device is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
Exchanges
Replacements are covered under the MyoNest Product Warranty.
